1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rotoye's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Rotoye's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Rotoye's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Rotoye provides drone fleet management solutions including but not limited to flight planning, real-time monitoring, data analytics, and maintenance tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Rotoye's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Flight data, operational metrics, and other information you provide will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating laws and regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rotoye or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Rotoye's services, even if Rotoye or a Rotoye authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rotoye and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services.

9. Modifications to Terms

Rotoye reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rotoye operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
